Yeovil 1-2 Southend United
Southend made it four wins on the trot with a battling 2-1 victory at Yeovil. The Blues didn't exactly shine in this one, but in terrible conditions they picked up another three points on the road.
Apologies for the late report - this one comes from PA:
Hal Robson-Kanu netted the winner for Southend as they ran out 2-1 victors over nine-man Yeovil.
The visitors took the lead in the 24th minute after Nathan Jones brought down Alex Revell in the penalty area, leaving Lee Barnard to fire the resulting spot-kick into the bottom corner.
The Glovers forced the issue after the restart in search of an equaliser, Adam Federici tipping Gary Roberts' effort around a post.
However, on-loan Robson-Kanu doubled the Shrimpers' lead in the 86th minute before Danny Schofield, who later saw red, set up a tense finale with a consolation from close range in the closing stages.
Gary Roberts then saw red having earlier been booked.
