Southend United - under or over achievers?

An interesting survey from footballpools.com that lists football's over and under achievers has been released.

Doncaster Rovers come top of the poll, with the Roots Hall outfit in a commendable 30th place out of 92.

This graph shows the sixteen year period up to this year. The researchers on this finish their assessment of the Blues by saying:

"Is this is a Premier League club in the making? We’d say No, but we’d have said the same thing about Hull City."
